Procrastination Phase
Stare at the screen. Make another coffee. Convince myself “thinking counts as working.” (It does.)

Smart Work, Not Hard Work
Suddenly become the most productive person alive at 2 a.m. with 37 tabs open and a cat tail in my face.

Ta-da, It’s Done
